What should I wear to my appointment?

There are no requirements, but I do suggest dressing as comfortably as possible. Most services will include laying down for an extended period, so comfort is a big plus!

Why do I need to fill out the consent & waiver forms?

These forms are the best way for your provider to verify that you are eligible for the service you booked. Although it is rare, some existing conditions may limit you from receiving a service safely. Answering the forms completely & honestly will allow your esthetician to help you get the best services possible.

Forms need to be completed annually, or more frequently if the information changes.

Do you offer allergy/ patch tests?

Yes! A complimentary patch test is available for the following services: lash extensions, lash lift, lash tint, brow tint, and brow lamination.

Patch tests must be completed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, please reach out to your esthetician if you are interested scheduling one.

Can I wear contacts during my lash appointment?

I suggest that all clients remove contacts prior to their lash appointment, for their safety and overall comfort.

Removal of contact lenses is required during lash extension removals!
